After touring multiple homes over the weekend, we secured this stunning home against all odds. Out of 5 offers (including cash), our offer was the slam dunk, thanks to a little negotiation from yours truly 😘

They have maintained and prepped this house with so much love and handled the whirlwind of the last month with so much grace. It is a lot of work to keep a home “show-ready” through heavy showing activity and multiple open houses, but their dedication paid off this weekend because we are officially under contract! I am so proud of them—they never missed a beat! 📝
