Sometimes, my clients find their dream home right away, or they contact me to see a house they've already fallen in love with. Other times, due to various circumstances - clients may be awaiting the sale of their current home, relocating, or looking for a home that meets some pretty specific needs - finding the perfect match takes time. I recently had the joy of selling this home to a wonderful family, and although the transaction took some time, closing the sale was truly bittersweet, as I will miss spending time house-shopping with the home's new owners.
