Kathryn emigrated from Basildon, England in 1990 and has been a proud Kansas City resident ever since. She graduated from William Jewell College with a Bachelor’s in Business with an emphasis in Marketing Specialties, making her extensively qualified to cater to our clients. Upon graduating she obtained her real estate license and has since devoted herself to helping people sell and find the home

of their dreams. With no close family here in the states to help initially spread her name she used her driven personality to jumpstart her business. In addition to working with luxury homes, new construction, resale properties and condos she is also a Relocation Specialist, focusing on relocations in and out of the Kansas City area. She is dual-licensed in Missouri and Kansas, so no matter where our clients are – Kathryn can help. Her networking skills and welcoming personality have garnered Kathryn some well-deserved recognition. Kathryn is a certified Accredited Buyers Representative, she was voted into Kansas City’s TOP 20 in their Twenties in 2009 by Ingram’s Magazine, and has been named a Five-Star Agent by KC Magazine for 2006 through 2013.
