Don’t be afraid to compare rates. A little research now can save you a lot of money in the long run. I can recommend on a few good lending institutions—and be sure to ask them each for quotes and a pre-approval letter.

I can help you decide on the type of home that’s right for you. How many bedrooms? Do you need a big yard, or attached garage? After discussing it, come up with a list of the top 10 most important things in a new home, and share that with me.

FIND A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD.
Start thinking now about where you’d like to live. This will help narrow your search. If you’re moving to a new town, I am able to take you on a tour, and recommend locations based on your family’s needs.

START SHOPPING.
