The Johnson County market is definitely not slowing down heading into summer.

In May alone:
• 1,280 new listings hit the market
• Average sales prices stayed above $570K
• Over 1,000 homes went under contract
• Homes averaged just 38 days on market

So what does that actually mean? Buyers finally have a few more options, but good homes that are priced and marketed correctly are still moving FAST.

We’re still very much in a seller’s market, just with smarter buyers and a little more competition. Honestly, it’s a really interesting market right now for both buyers and sellers.
