Cheers to Laura and Rachel on their family's beautiful new Lenexa Home! 🤍🏡

Over the past few years, we'd stayed in touch and kept a pulse on the market in their ideal area. In a window of time that worked well for them, we spotted this recently renovated property that checked all the boxes and got it at a great price (even $17K below the appraised value) and negotiated some repairs post inspection - even in a busy Spring market! This is going to be an amazing home for their kids to grow up in and I can already imagine the birthdays, holidays and busy weekends they'll spend making memories there.
