Huge congratulations to Nik, Kaitlin & Myles!! 🥳

This awesome family recently closed on their first home, and the celebration was well deserved! 🥂

Nik came into this process ready to go: asking great questions, completing his tasks, and staying on top of the details. Within a week of closing, he already had the first floor gutted with projects in the works. 🛠️ Talk about dedication!

These are the moments that make it all worth it.

When we first connected a few months ago, they shared that they’ve been on the hunt for the right home for nearly 5 years. So we got our ducks in a row, and after a few weeks of working together, we successfully got them under-contract on “their favorite home yet!” 🤩
