35 days ago I pulled out of Wanda Graves driveway after getting paperwork signed and putting my sign in her yard. She was ready for a change. Within 24 hours, she was under contract. Fast forward 34 days to closing day. Wow, 35 days! Selling her home was fast and easy and I’m so honored to be a part of it. Stay tuned, I think there may be a Part 2!
