🎊Bitter sweet day for my friend 🥹 Roxanne and I met years ago through selling baby clothes on market place 😆 that turned into me hiring her when I was office manager at Cackle Hatchery. I then helped her buy her first home and now I have helped her sell her first home 😭 many laughter and tears. We found out it was the childhood home of the buyers and they were so thankful to get it back! Very emotional reading their story and how much this home had meant to them. They mentioned “The house that built me” 🎶 which really Roxanne had felt that song had meaning there too considering all that she had went through there and growing as a person! I’m thankful to have been able to help in everything 💕

🎊 Happiest Closing Day to Jeff!! With lots of faith, tons of patience and saving, he purchased a beautiful piece of property today! It’s peaceful and it’s exactly what he’s been waiting to find! I just know he’s going to make it completely beautiful and him and his son are going to love it! I started helping Jeff May of 2024, after a long day of showing homes at the lake, I met him to show a property he was interested in. It was definitely not the one, but he told me I’d be the one to help once the right one was found! And he found it, not me, but I did all I could to make sure he got it! Thank you to Heritage bank for helping get this done as well

🎉Today was a big day!! Mechelle and Guy are finally back from Italy and we managed to find them some land for their horses with a home🏡 There were some trials and tribulations with this one, but we got through and hoping it will be an enjoyable homestead for a while at least!! Mechelle happy to call you my friend for so long and I’m glad you are back!! Appreciate you two entrusting me to help in this process again 💕 Thank you so much Karen Cornelison Rust, could never have been as easily done without all of your hard work!🫶also shout out to Telina and Jaedyn at G*T for always going above and beyond!
