303 Oak St...this one is different (& why I've been MIA the last month). We sold our house off market - we went under contract and CLOSED 26 days later. A lot of packing and moving to do in a little amount of time (with a very active and curious toddler LOL), but we are so grateful for our time there and so excited for Oak St's newest owners.

I represented my family and I as we said goodbye to our first home. We bought it a few months before we got married, and have spent almost 6 years there. It was the house that all my bridesmaids stayed at the night before our wedding, where Hunter & I came home to after our wedding. In our garage, where I told Hunter I was pregnant. Where we brought Palmer home from the hospital. Where her and Chief met for the very first time. Where Palmer spent *almost* the first 2 years of her life. Where we watched a lotttttt of UT games & played a lotttttt of card games with friends. Some of our favorite memories are within that house, and for that - it has been such a bittersweet few weeks.

Even though it's been bittersweet, we could not be more excited for what's to come in our next chapter and our new address!!!

This family is so precious and so special to me for more reasons than I can count, and for that, it made this experience that much sweeter! 17 Andy Cir is officially sold (multiple offers, over asking price, very little days on market!!!), and I could not be more excited for Avery! This was way more than just a "house" to her. It was something much more special, that holds all sorts of memories and emotions. And because of that, I am so very honored that she trusted me to work for her and be apart of closing this special chapter.

It all started at a Christmas party back in December...now look at us, two real estate transactions & a BRAND new gorgeous house later!

I had the privilege of helping Brandon & Katie secure their dream home, while Madeline & I simultaneously worked to get their house listed, under contract, and sold. Sometimes it takes a village to get to the finish line, and in this case, my village got it done and got it done QUICK.

A big thank you to Amy Rickman & Trevor Rockett with Primis Mortgage who helped make this new purchase possible, all while keeping their monthly payment & (extremely low and lovely) interest rate exactly where they wanted it to be!

It was also such a pleasure working alongside Stacy Gee with Benchmark Realty & Adam Sharp and Tyler Davis with Discover Realty & Auction to get both transactions to the closing table.

It has been so much fun getting to know this sweet couple better, and playing a small role in this process.
