They say that business is just business and it's a numbers game. And, yes I'll give you that, the math has to math; I'm trying to make a living here.
However to me, my Real Estate company IS NOT just a numbers "game". It's extremely personal. I am entrusted with people's homes- their largest and most valuable asset; a responsibility that I don't take lightly.
There is nothing glamorous about Real Estate in my humble opinion. And we (the good agents) do FAR more than just plant a sign in the yard. Much of an agent earning their keep happens behind the scenes and does not chalk up to "post worthy" content.
To get to the finish line with my clients (now friends bc we've been in the trenches of a transaction together) happy and blissfully unaware of the majority of the bumps, pitfalls, detours, & train wrecks it took to get us there; there is nothing better. That to me is my job well done.
