Two of the newest residents at Emerson Place. The female Wood Duck was a little camera shy, but she was close by.
If you stop by for a tour to check out your new home, you might be lucky to see the Black and White Common Merganser swimming under the water. They can dive up to 10 feet and hold its breath for 30 seconds!

It has come to our attention that our favorite duckies have made their way into the parking lot and have begun nesting under shrubbery.

We kindly ask that you drive with extra caution while passing through the parking lot—especially if you are heading to the Building 19 garage or parking near Building 19—to help ensure their safety and avoid any accidents.
