With a young dog, I've loved visiting the Rapho Township park, which has grown considerably in its offerings over the years.

Shortly before Christmas, Mike and Kim (right) settled on their gorgeous new home in Lancaster. This picture is so precious, as it symbolizes the "passing of baton" of the home where Maureen and Joseph had raised their family (since 1988!).

There's something really special that happens when you're able to sit and listen to the memories the former owners created with their family in that house, especially when the new homeowners are a young family themselves.

Please help me in wishing Mike, Kim, and their little one all the best in their new home! They are so deserving of all the good things. ♥️
