So excited for this family! This one took some work, but we got it done with a brand new septic system, a seller credit at closing, and even worked out getting them into the house early so the kids could start school in their new district on the first day. There’s a lot more to representing a buyer than just finding the house.

Fall is here, and the market changes with it.

Selling? This is not the time to overprice and hope. There are fewer buyers than we had in the spring and early summer, so pricing, presentation and the first few weeks on market matter. I have a strategy for getting your home in front of the right buyers and getting it sold.

Buying? Fall can bring some real opportunities. Homes that have been sitting, price reductions and sellers who want to make a move before winter can give us leverage. The strategy changes depending on the house, how long it’s been on the market and what we know about the seller.
