Two years ago, my dad and I bought 14 acres at an auction with an old single-wide sitting on it.

Since then, we’ve worked through subdividing the land, city planning, utilities, building permits, construction, inspections, and everything else that comes with taking raw potential and turning it into finished homes.

We ended up with two roughly 3,500 sq. ft. homes on 3 acres each, along with additional building lots.

This was our first project together on this scale, and it taught me a ton about development, construction, and how much goes into a project long before you ever see the finished product.

Pretty cool to look back at where it started and now see both homes closed.

Proud of this one.
