Lebanon Property Management is HIRING for an assistant maintenance position!! (We are so sad that our seasonal maintenance assistant left to go back to his full time job 😔).

OPEN INTERVIEWS Thursday, June 18th between 8:30am and 4:30pm

We are looking for a FULL-TIME maintenance assistant. General duties will include common-area maintenance, routine property inspections, clean-up, patching and painting, plumbing, some electrical and other construction-type work. Prior experience with maintenance work is required. Familiarity with plumbing and electrical preferred. *Starting wage is $12/ hour with opportunities for growth in the future.

"Effective immediately, the City of Lebanon will temporarily suspend utility shut-offs for non-payment as our community and nation work to slow the spread of COVID-19."

⚠️ This DOES NOT mean you are exempt from paying your electric/ water bill. It DOES mean that City Utilities will not shut your power/ water off if you are currently due for a disconnect. ⚠️

Effective immediately, the City of Lebanon will temporarily suspend utility shut-offs for non-payment as our community and nation work to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Mayor Jared Carr made the directive Sunday after consultation with City staff.

"Our residents and businesses are facing a unique and unknown challenge," Carr said. "Your city government is working hard to understand the possible impact of the Coronavirus pandemic and we want our customers to know we understand the potential hardship. We want to do our part to remove one possible area of concern for our customers."

The City of Lebanon offers payment plans for customers facing challenges. Call Lebanon City Hall at (417) 532.2345 or (417) 532-2156 for more information and give us a chance to help.

Also, we want to remind our customers that you don't have to visit our lobby to take care of a payment. To pay by phone, call (866) 795-5935. You will need your account number and last payment amount to use this service. Customers can pay online by visiting www.lebanonmissouri.org and clicking on "Pay Bills Online" or you can use our convenient drive-thru window or night-drop box options.

"We look forward to working with our customers to help them address any payment challenges once this pandemic is behind us," Carr said. "Let's continue to come together as a community and support each other through these difficult times."
