Taking pride in where you live and grew up is something that Josiah is passionate about. Seeing the cities and towns of Middle TN grow to become the top places to live in the country has fueled his desire to be part of that history. Owning a business that can create a positive impact in the community and lives of the amazing people who live and work here has always been a dream of his.
Real estate has shaped Josiah’s life both personally and professionally which inspired the creation of 𝘊𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘏𝘦𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘴 𝘙𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘺 in Lebanon, TN. With hundreds of transactions closed, he is committed to sharing his experiences and knowledge to guide both agents and clients in maximizing their desired goals. 𝘊𝘏𝘙 was built to embody a company culture of collaboration, integrity, and a growth mentality that helps sharpen relationships, skillsets, and character both inside and outside of business!
Josiah and his wife Ashlee are blessed with four children and are both locals to Wilson County where they love living! Any free time that he gets outside of real estate, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, competing in the basketball court, and experiencing as many places to eat. Sharing the love of God will always be at the forefront of Josiah’s life mission!
