𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲☕

Real estate doesn’t really run on a 9–5 schedule—and apparently, neither does my coffee habit. ☕😂

Some mornings start at my desk in the office. Others start at the kitchen table before the rest of the house is moving. Some involve squeezing in a little work while hanging out with my nephew. And some start with coffee in the car and a list of places to be.

The setting changes, but there’s usually a lot happening behind the scenes.

Researching a property. Updating a listing. Working on marketing. Preparing paperwork. Checking in with a client. Following up on something from the day before. Or simply making sure the next step is ready when someone needs it.

A lot of real estate happens in the hours nobody sees.

And while these pictures started as a funny collection of just how many places I seem to drink my morning coffee, they also turned into a pretty good snapshot of what this business actually looks like.
