Progress is stacking up at Beckwith Station!

On the exterior, sheathing installation is underway sealing up the building envelope. Inside, second floor interior walls are being framed. Below grade, underground utilities are being trenched and run around the site.

This is the kind of work you don't always see but is critical to everything above it. More to come as this one continues to rise!

Early stages are in full swing at JAM Enterprise. Excavation is complete, footings are poured, and the rebar cage for the foundation walls is tied and standing — next up is setting forms and pouring walls. This is the work that doesn't always get the spotlight, but it's what everything else is built on. 💪🏗️
