From the Lakeside Club -

At this time the clubhouse is not available for rent or use due to COVID social distancing requirements and cleaning requirements. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Any outside gatherings around the clubhouse are at your own risk and discretion and the board reminds you to follow social distancing guidelines.

The playground area is open for residents to use. Posted on the playscape are signs with this information:

The playground is open but please note:

The capacity of the playground area is 30 people, but all users should maintain a 6-foot distance from others as much as possible.
Wear masks when 6-foot distance cannot be maintained, unless wearing the mask would create a health hazard to the wearer.
Do not use the equipment if you are sick, or in the past 10 days have tested positive for COVID-19 or were told by a health care provider that you have COVID-19, or have been living with someone who has been sick with COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks.
Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before and after using the equipment, or use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
Though transmission of COVID-19 from contaminated surfaces is less likely than from close contact with an infected person, frequently touched objects like playground equipment can result in transmission of COVID-19.
Users of the equipment should be aware that the equipment is not cleaned or disinfected regularly -use of the equipment is at your own risk.

Association 2 Dryer vent cleaning starts 4/2. When someone arrives to perform the cleaning, you may be asked to turn on your dryer, but they will not need to enter your unit for the cleaning.

In keeping with the recommendations from the State of CT, the town of Ledyard, and Ledge Light Health, Lakeside will be closing the playground and basketball areas, effective 3/30 until further notice to help stop the spread of the Covid-19

The road in front of the pool will be closed tomorrow beginning at 9:30am while mulch is being delivered to the playground. Traffic will be detoured behind buildings 4 - 8 at that time.

The pool has passed inspection with flying colors and is open once again.

The pool is CLOSED at least until Wednesday for two reasons. 1. The water has turned cloudy and you can not clearly see the bottom. 2. Our license
to operate the pool has expired, Ledge Light will be here Wednesday to inspect us.

A quick reminder - water is due to be shut off at 9am...it is recommended that you breaker off your hot water heater at this time to protect the heating elements.
