There’s just something about a binder. 😂 Doesn’t everyone love having everything nice, neat, organized and in one place?! Maybe just me.

The prep before the property tour 🏡✨

Before we ever walk through the first door, I’m pulling comps, printing disclosures, mapping out our route, organizing property information and putting together all the little details so my buyers can walk into each home feeling prepared — not overwhelmed.

A lot of buyers have been sitting on the sideline waiting for the market to feel "right," and the truth is, it rarely feels that way until you're actually in motion.
