We met in a Home Depot parking lot. Grabbing stuff for my new “gardening era” obsession! 🤪Which led to a conversation, then meeting at the home and once again getting a game plan together! 🙌🏼 I staged the home & we listed. 👀This one took so patience on the market, but we have found the perfect buyer & are under contract! Congrats to the sellers for getting under contract so quickly! 🙌🏼 They reached out a few months ago, asking for my help in building a game plan, and we did just that! We planned for repairs, movers, painters, staging, and hit the market with our best foot forward! 🤩 I truly believe because of this, we received an offer first day on market and ended up in a multiple offer situation! 😎 Who you hire matters guys, game plans are important!

I had a painter come in and give all the walls on main level a fresh look! Followed by some landscaping out front! As always, if you list with me, we stage it for FREE… and we did!!!! 😉

It’s closing day for this sweet couple! This one was special. Their sister found me in a community group when looking for assistance on something and saved my #. So when her sister began looking to relocate back to KC from Florida, she gave her my info. 🩵

Man have they been on a house shopping JOURNEY!!!!! We found one, negotiated amazing terms, a new roof and closing costs completely covered… then lost the home due to a short appraisal and seller wasn’t willing to reduce the price……

Back to the drawing board we went, we found a house they LOVED even more, submitted a strong offer & BAM we got it! Today was closing day.

It turns out, everything meant to be, will be. The first house that fell apart, ended up flooding… so glad we dodged that bullet.
