HUGE CONGRATS to Alexandra & the fam!!! 🩷 She worked her butt off to get here and we finally crossed the finish line and I was able to hand over the keys to her new home today!

She reached out and built a game plan with the lender, Miraquelle DeClue a few YEARS ago. She got pre approved earlier this year, and after lots of house hunting we were able to find her a house OFF market. 🙌🏼

Though we jumped through several hurdles to get to the closing table, after negotiating a new garage door, a new window, electrical panel repairs, a new toilet, and Sheetrock repairs, we did it! AND she got a CHECK back at closing!

Yes she walked away getting money back at closing! Love feel good stories! Thanks for hanging in for the wild ride, we made it!

I’m so happy for this buyer. Between us and Miraquelle DeClue, we built a game plan, years ago… she followed the plan, executed, got pre approved and we just finally found her a home. This was an off market home, so she didn’t have to compete at the full market value against several other buyers. We were able to negotiate for seller paid closing costs. I call this a win, win, win for all parties! 🎉

Congrats to the sellers for getting under contract so quickly! 🙌🏼 They reached out a few months ago, asking for my help in building a game plan, and we did just that! We planned for repairs, movers, painters, staging, and hit the market with our best foot forward! 🤩 I truly believe because of this, we received an offer first day on market and ended up in a multiple offer situation! 😎 Who you hire matters guys, game plans are important!
