Congratulations to my wonderful buyers on their new home! 🏡

I first met this amazing couple in August 2023. What began as casually looking at homes out of curiosity eventually became a real need to find the right place to call home for their adult son.

When we began our serious search in June, they were committed to finding a home that met both their needs and their budget. They kept an open mind and even explored homes outside of their ideal location to stay within their financial goals.

In the end, their patience, persistence, and willingness to be flexible paid off. With a thoughtful stretch in their budget, they were able to purchase a home that offers so much more than they originally expected.

Even after your offer is accepted, your lender will continue reviewing your financial profile before closing. Major financial changes could impact your loan approval, change your financing terms, or delay your closing.
