🏡 This will go down as my fastest real estate transaction yet!

I was referred by a friend to help this buyer purchase a home and in just three showings and three weeks later, he officially closed on his new place. 🎉

He knew exactly what he wanted, stayed focused on his big WHY, and together we made it happen.

This is hands-down one of the coolest transaction stories I’ve had so far.

The home is actually in my own neighborhood, and I’d been watching it get renovated for weeks (dumpster in the driveway and all 👀), so I knew something was brewing. Based on those observations, I reached out to the buyer’s agent to see what their client planned to do with the property.

My question was simple: Are they flipping and holding, or flipping and selling?
His response? “Funny you should call… we go live in a couple of days.”

I told him we’d be first in line because I already knew this was exactly what my buyer had been searching for.

On go-live day, my client and I dropped our kids off at school at 7 AM, headed straight to the house, and it was an immediate yes. We wrote an all-cash offer that morning… and just 14 days later, we were closed. 🙌

Grateful for referrals, great communication, and clients who trust the process. This one was special. 💛
