Another happy homebuyer! It’s always a great time showing houses and finding the right one with mi amigos! I ❤️ this home and it’s just perfect for their family. There were a few ups and downs along the process, but it ended exactly how it was meant to be. 😀 To sweeten the pot, we negotiated the sales price at $23k BELOW ⬇️ appraised value🙌🏽. Lake Lotawana, ⛵️ say hello 👋 to your newest neighbor! I was grateful 🙏 to take the call 📞 AGAIN to sell this 🏠 and meet an amazing new client. We got it under contract ✍️ in just 7️⃣ days, not bad considering the average days on the market in Lotawana is 7️⃣7️⃣! I just❤️ this home, the remodel and its location, and it must love 🥰 me! It’s been listed by 3️⃣ other agents in the past two years, but I’m the only Realtor that has actually gotten it SOLD, twice now!

Congrats 👏🏼 to the buyers of their new 🏠 ! I ❤️ helping buyers from out of state 🌵 and showing them around our beautiful, growing city. These clients both grew up in KC, met out west and decided it was time ⏰ to come back home 💕. I was lucky enough to visit them in AZ before closing and was served an amazing brunch made from fresh, local foods 🍊.
