🎄At least a two car garage to store a sensible family vehicle & several holiday decorations.

🎄Large enough driveway to store an RV, out of sight, for one month a year.

🎄Prefer no commercial buildings nearby, such as a nitroglycerin plant.

🎄2 story floorplan with properly attached newel-post.

🎄Whole home generator in the event of power loss from questionable electrical choices.

🎄Solid construction framing so there’s no “funny squeaking sound”.
