We need to talk about listing photos. 📸 The toilet in the shot.
The TV paused on someone's face. 📺 The photographer's mirror selfie making it onto the MLS. 🤳😲 The backyard photo taken at night with flash like it's a crime scene. 💥🚨
47 photos and not one of the kitchen.
The unmade bed. 🛌 The dishes in the sink. The cat on the counter judging everyone. 🐈 The fish-eye lens making a closet look like a master suite.
We see you. You have one chance to make a first impression online. One. And some agents are out here posting the toilet. 🚽
When I list your home, this will never be you. DM me 'LIST' when you're ready to do it right.

Looking forward to participating in this year's fundraiser for Sun Partners International. They do great work for so many children both here in Kansas City and around the world. For more information, or to make a donation, please visit their website: www.sunpartners.org and to participate in the pickleball tournament, click the link below.
..Started in 2013, Sun Partners is a 501c3 non-profit whose projects at schools, hospitals and orphanages in Tanzania, Zambia, South Africa and Kansas City are detailed at www.sunpartners.org.

Proceeds from this year’s pickleball tournament will go toward a campus-wide solar electrification and water pumping system at the Kao La Amani pre-primary and primary schools in Boma Ng’ombe, Tanzania. Last year’s tournament proceeds went to electrify the Kao La Amani Children’s Village campus which is located less that 300 meters away from the schools. These schools are attended by 60 children from the Village and another 340 children from the surrounding Boma Ng’ombe community. When completed, two severely under-resourced schools will be transformed into two modernized, sustainable, solar-powered schools creating a more student/staff friendly and capable environment for learning/teaching. Your participation in the Tournament will help make this happen.

The tournament donation cost is $125 per team and is limited to 36 teams, so sign up early! Teams of two players will compete for prizes in both a recreational or competitive brackets. Each team will play at a minimum three games.

There are two ways to register. Scan the QR code, answer the prompts and reserve your spot. Or send a note to [email protected] listing your players names and team name and reserve your spot through a Venmo payment to Partners. Donations are also gladly accepted through Venmo (look for the Sun Partners logo above), or on our website.

Even if you don’t play pickleball, please plan on attending. This is a family friendly event and we encourage spectators to cheer on their favorite team, bid on silent auction items, play games in the Chicken N Pickle courtyard or just donate to a good cause!

We hope to see you February 21st!

Sun Partners Board Members
