There is something special about helping a family purchase their very first home. This lovely couple will celebrate their first wedding anniversary in their new home! Both Paige and Chase relocated to the Kansas City area and have been renting while they looked for the the right house to plant their roots. After considering everything from new construction to 60+ year-old houses, we found the one that is just right for them to make their own.

Sometimes you are lucky and your perfect house is the first one you see...and sometimes its the 20th house you see. In any case, we keep looking until we find the one.
