Still surviving the heat where you live? Here are a few things that actually make a difference when it's hot:

❄️ Run ceiling fans counterclockwise in summer , it pushes cool air down
🪟 Close blinds on south and west facing windows during peak sun hours
🌙 Open windows at night when temps drop to let cool air circulate
💧 Stay hydrated, more than you think you need to, especially if you're moving around or outside
🔌 Unplug appliances you aren't using, they generate more heat than you think
