The problem is… it’s often happening late in the transaction.

The snow finally stopped… and I’m just now walking out of the office.

Most folks hit December and slide straight into pajama-season. A few still haven’t recovered from Thanksgiving. And after hearing Brian Buffini last week, this line won’t leave me:

“If it’s 11 a.m. and you’re still in your pajamas… you’re not working from home. You’re just at home.”

Not wrong.

Yes, the seasonal market slows down.
Yes, the weather’s been a mess.
Yes, the holidays pull everyone in a hundred directions.

But the agents who are Greater Than Average don’t let any of that dictate their momentum. They put in the work when it’s quiet… so they crush it when everyone else is playing catch-up.

So as the snow settles and the streets calm down, I’m heading home feeling grateful — because the work we do on days like this sets the tone for 2026.

🔥💡 Grill Hack You Should Know 💡🔥

Refill your propane tanks ... don’t exchange them!

Today I refilled both tanks at Tractor Supply for just $3.29/gal (about $30 total). 💰
Drove past Home Depot right after… exchange price was $22.74 each! 😳

That’s $15+ in savings per tank, and refill tanks are actually full (exchange ones usually aren’t 👀).

More gas. Less money. Same tank. 💪
And always keep a spare... running out halfway through dinner is a disaster. 🍔🔥
