There's one rule I refuse to break as your agent. Even if it costs me the sale.
I will always tell you the truth.
That means pointing out the red flags in a home you're head over heels for. It means having the honest pricing conversation before your listing hits the market, not two weeks after it's been sitting. It means sometimes saying what you don't want to hear, because I'm working for you not for a commission check.
I've had clients push back. I've had deals fall through because I wouldn't just tell someone what they wanted to hear. And I'd do it the same way every single time.
Because when you hire me, you deserve an agent who's actually in your corner.
