Yay!! So happy for the Franklins!! What a journey! After looking at multiple properties in the Fall of 2024 (!) we wrote a contract for new construction in February of 2025. 🎉🎉We are thrilled for our clients and first-time homebuyers!! And this one is extra special because this is my son and his fiancée!!

This journey all began last fall when Halle saw a picture of my other clients' new construction in South Blue Springs. We toured the model home and they fell in love with the house. So step by step: ✔️they got pre approved by a recommended lender
✔️put the down payment on a lot
✔️canceled their rental agreement ✔️chose a floor plan and finishings ✔️moved out of their apartment ✔️moved home for the last 5 months
✔️saved their money
💙and today they closed on their first house!
