The latest home price data is in, and it makes one thing clear: nationwide, more markets are seeing prices rise while fewer are seeing them fall. 📈

Last Quarter: Prices were rising in 71% of markets.

This Quarter: That number jumped to 80%.

That is a noticeable shift in just three months. While it doesn't mean prices are skyrocketing in every single pocket, it does mean the widespread price crash people keep predicting isn't happening.
