Sellers BEWARE! Please, please get multiple opinions on price, fees, and time to sell. I have way too many experiences with companies like these (all the same company with different store fronts) and every single time the seller made LOTS MORE MONEY after paying a Realtor and WITHOUT the headaches or longer length of time that ads like this lead us to believe.
