Let’s talk about it 🗣

First the Kansas City market is HUGE, there are lots of different pockets, we call those micro markets.
You can define those as cities, towns, neighborhoods, streets… etc. you can really dissect it.

As a home buyer or seller, it’s important to know what your specific micro market is, get with your agent about that because you can’t just go off general “KC” market stats if you are seriously considering buying or selling.

Overall general market update for KC:
👉🏻 Low inventory
👉🏻 Longer days on market
👉🏻 Higher interest rates
👉🏻 Less homes going for over list price

Do you remember the feeling when a complete stranger showed you kindness?

Do you remember their name or their face?
Probably not.
BUT, I bet that you remember how they made you feel.

There is a plethora of feelings that one might have after receiving a genuine compliment a helping hand or a sincere gesture.
Warm and fuzzies on the inside? A good cry in your car when you’re by yourself, because life is just so dang heavy but that gesture made you realize it’s going to be okay.

Now let’s reverse the scenario have you been on the GIVING end.
Different position but… similar emotions and honestly, it could be argued that it’s more emotionally powerful and life-changing.
Fascinating.

When kindness is given it has the power to positively impact the giver and the receiver.

It has the power:
✨to heal
✨to empower
✨to lift up
✨to change
✨to keep loved ones on this earth.
