6811 Blue Parkway is officially SOLD — and this one feels extra personal.

This wasn’t the easiest listing. There were moments where things could’ve gone left, a few challenges that tested all of us… but my sellers stayed patient, trusted the process, and didn’t give up. That matters more than people realize.

We worked through it all together and came out on the other side successfully — including negotiating for the buyers to take on some of the repairs, which made a big difference.

Not only did my listing go under contract this weekend, my 1st Time Home Buyer also had his offer accepted. Within some a creative strategy we won in a multiple offer situation. Waldo is a very competitive market but we got the job done!
