Help us welcome the newest addition to the Charboneau Lorance family. Grant & his wife, Julia, welcomed a beautiful baby girl to their crew. Baby Rosalie Beth was born yesterday at 10:04pm. 8lb 4oz 21.5”. Mom and baby are doing great.

We are so happy for the Knauff family and thankful everyone is healthy and doing great.

Behind every great team is someone who had the vision to build it, the courage to lead it, and the heart to make it feel like family. For us, that person is Tammy. ❤️

As the founder of the Charboneau Lorance Real Estate Group, Tammy has built so much more than a successful real estate business. She's created a place where people are supported, encouraged, challenged to grow, and, perhaps most importantly, protected and cared for.

When we asked our teammates to describe Tammy, one answer came up again and again: TEAM MOM! And we couldn't think of a more fitting title.

She's our protector, our problem solver, our voice of reason, and the person who somehow ALWAYS knows what to do. Her knowledge of real estate is unmatched, but it's her willingness to share that knowledge, advocate for others, and stand up for the people around her that truly sets her apart.

This team never let up on the gas this month. Between closings, showings, inspections, negotiations, events, and everything else happening behind the scenes, they just kept showing up — for their clients and for each other.

This month, we had the privilege of helping our clients close on 16 homes totaling more than $5 MILLION in real estate! 🏡🔑

🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, TREVOR! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating the guy our team affectionately described as everything from our “Fearless Leader” and “Hype Man” to… “The Michael Scott.” 😂

When we asked the team what makes Trevor, Trevor, the answers were pretty unanimous:

✨ He can connect with just about anyone and make them feel like they’ve been friends forever.
✨ He’s resilient, optimistic and always looking toward what’s next.
✨ He has a way of hyping up the people around him and helping them see what’s possible.
✨ And somehow, no matter how many balls get thrown his direction, he keeps juggling them all.

We’re also fairly confident that if real estate hadn’t worked out, he’d be somewhere working as a Chiefs talent scout, sports agent, life coach or motivational speaker. Honestly… all of those check out. 😂

But the thing we appreciate most is how genuinely Trevor cares about people. Whether it’s his clients, his team, his friends or the community around him, he leads with connection, encouragement and a whole lot of optimism.
