Melissa and I close an important chapter in our lives. We put the girls through school in this home. Now the new owner gets to start their new family memories. I have mixed emotions. I will miss the neighbors most. The location was fabulous. The schools phenomenal. As a realtor it is easy to advise and assist others with their home, the market, and value. As a homeowner who also has two decades in the real estate business it should be easy. After all the curves in the trending market, I'm glad Melissa and I were able to accomplish what we did. Closed and funded and ready to start on the fixer upper we're living in now.

The real estate market is booming. Your home is worth way more than it was this time last year. It is an amazing time to sell. It is a very complicated time to buy. Realtors are scrambling to find buyers new homes. Contacting a realtor to sell your home has never been more important than right now.
