Housing is more than what we do. It’s how we impact our community.

Integrity Capital Management is proud and excited to be part of the Kansas City Housing Gateway Program, a community-wide initiative focused on creating a more coordinated pathway from homelessness to stable housing.

ICM has been selected to support landlord engagement, helping connect property owners with the program and expand access to quality housing for individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness.

We are especially excited to be doing this work alongside reStart Inc. , the city of Kansas City, Missouri, United Way of Greater Kansas City and other community partners who share a commitment to creating real and sustainable housing solutions.

For our team, this work is personal. We believe property management is about more than managing buildings. It’s about building communities, creating stability, and using housing to positively impact people’s lives.

We look forward to engaging landlords and property owners throughout Kansas City who want to be part of the solution.

Location: Kansas City Metro Area
Project Start: Immediate with additional projects in the pipeline for 2025

Overview:
We are seeking experienced and fully licensed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contractors or companies to join our team for multiple residential and commercial projects currently underway, with a robust pipeline of additional projects extending into 2025. We value quality workmanship, adherence to timelines, and a collaborative approach to construction. If you are a detail-oriented contractor or firm with a proven track record of delivering high-quality MEP work, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) for residential and commercial construction projects.

Work closely with our project management team to ensure all work aligns with project specifications, timelines, and budget requirements.

Maintain compliance with all local, state, and national codes and regulations.

Collaborate with other contractors and trades on site to ensure smooth project ex*****on.

Address any issues or modifications promptly and professionally.

Participate in project meetings and provide status updates as needed.

Requirements:
