CELEBRATING 10 YEARS OF DOING WHAT I LOVE!
10 years ago, I made a decision that would completely change my life. At 22, I randomly told my mom I wanted to go to real estate school. At the time, I didn’t even fully understand what that decision would mean, but I followed through, and it set everything in motion.
My license was issued on 2/25/16. Two days later, I wrote my first contract, and ten days after that, my second. I hit the ground running. In my first 10 months, I sold 24 homes and earned Rookie of the Year.
At first, I was working 80 hour weeks and juggling two jobs. I became addicted to the feeling of accomplishment. I was soon able to make real estate my number one focus once it gave steady income.
What followed were years of growth, personally and professionally. I went from being a new agent branching out on my own, to becoming a top agent in the office, and eventually ranking among the top 10 individual agents in the entire company, at Kansas City’s largest and #1 brokerage. Since then, I have successfully sold hundreds of homes, representing tens of millions of dollars in real estate transactions.
Real estate taught me customer service at a level I never imagined, how to truly listen, serve, and show up for people during some of the biggest moments of their lives.
I bought my first home at 23 and flipped 6 others. I built not just a career, but a life I’m proud of.
The most meaningful part? The people. The friendships, the clients who became lifelong relationships, the connections that turned into something so much bigger than a transaction, that’s what I value most.
10 years later, I’m incredibly grateful for every lesson, every challenge, every late night, every win, and every setback that shaped me.
I love what I do because it allows constant growth. No two homes, clients, or transactions are the same. It’s never boring, always evolving, and full of opportunities to problem solve and adapt. I love the marketing, networking, shopping, and discovering new areas, it keeps life fresh and inspiring.
I’m so blessed to be able to have a passion as a career.
If you’ve been part of my journey in any way, THANK YOU. Your trust, support, and belief in me mean more than I can put into words.
What a decade. 🥂
