Hey, I’m Andria. 👋
I grew up in the tiny town of China, Texas — yes, China, Texas is a real place 😂 — and about 10 years ago, life brought our family to Blue Springs, Missouri. Somewhere along the way, Missouri stopped being the place we moved to and simply became home.
I’ve been married to my husband, Erik, for 22 years, and we have two boys, Ethan and Connor. And because apparently regular family life wasn’t interesting enough, I’m also married to Santa Claus. 🎅 Seriously. Erik is Blue Springs Santa. So if you need a Realtor AND happen to be on the nice list, I’ve got connections. 😂
Real estate has actually been part of our lives long before I became a Realtor. Erik and I own rental properties, so I understand homes from more than one side — as a homeowner, investor, landlord, buyer and now as the person helping other people make those same big decisions.
And I genuinely love houses. Not just the perfect, shiny ones either.
Give me the old house with the weird little built-in. The original hardwood floors. The vintage bathroom someone else wants to rip out. The house with a story. Those are my favorites.
That probably makes sense considering I love antiques, thrifting and anything with a little history and character. If I disappear on a Saturday, there’s a very good chance I’m wandering through an antique store convincing myself that something followed me home because it was “too good to leave behind.”
I’m also an avid reader, a lover of all things cozy and vintage, and I have a slightly ridiculous love for squirrels. 🐿️ I don’t really have an explanation for that one. 😂
When it comes to real estate, I want people to feel comfortable with me. I don’t want to just show up for the transaction, hand you the keys and disappear.
I want to be the person you can text with the weird house question. The person you call when you’re thinking about buying an investment property. The person you send your friend to when they’re ready to move. And hopefully, somewhere along the way, we become friends too.
Because to me, buying or selling a house isn’t just about bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage.
It’s about the life that’s going to happen inside of it.
