Our 16 individual offices all offer at least one exterior window. Offices are furnished with adjustable height, live-edge walnut desks handmade by 338 owner Peter Burnett, that allow you to work standing or sitting and attractive furnishings that complement this unique space.
• Our podcast and video recording studio on the lower level will be available to tenants and subscribers. You can record podcasts and YouTube videos in a ready-to-go environment. Two Leesburg landmarks were winners in the Signatures of Loudoun Design Excellence Program, announced earlier this week.

338 Net Zero won in the Makeovers category, while King Street Station's Public Plaza took home the top prize in the Public Spaces category.
