I have a buyer looking for a single family home located in a community that does not have an HOA. Their willing to pay up to 950,000. Big pluses would include multiple garages Or ability to build additional garages. Please give me a shout. If you are thinking of selling . Client has 20% down. And absolutely no contingencies.
