You don't need to be a real estate investor to get rich in real estate

By living in your primary residence for 2 of the last 5 years and moving you are able to avoid up to 500k in capital gains tax
Capital gains tax is the tax on profits realized when you sell real estate
If you implement this strategy and move every few years you can build up a lot of wealth through your primary residence
