Real talk ahead! 🤓
With a couple of sales missing since this flyer was made, I’m glad to have put the first half of this year to rest now (all on here have officially sold)! It’s been a whirlwind of a year. Doing almost 20 million in sales in 6 months, all by myself (meaning with no leads given or bought and not being under a team but rather sourcing all business on my own), and with no help outside of my amazing assistant, Sarah, means that I have been incredibly busy. Im talking lucky to have 1 day off a month kind of busy. But I LOVE it. I always say- my brain thrives on the chaos. However, there are downsides to which I will need fixes for in the upcoming months 🙈. To the friends I’ve neglected this year, I apologize. I barely had time to shower some days. To the marketing I did not have time for, I hope it doesn’t bite me in the butt; I’m working on hiring help for that. And to all the weight I’ve gained eating out and not working out- you will definitely need to be addressed 😭😂 Thank GOD I know some pretty cool people who can whip me right back into shape 😅. All in all, I’m blessed, grateful and thrilled. The momentum and hard work built up over the last 4 years brought me to the point that I am ranking #1 in sales volume for my own office, #1 in sales volume for all realtors in my 20132 zip code, and #10 in sales volume for all of Loudoun county right now. Given that there are around 4000+ active Loudoun county agents, I’d say #10 is something to definitely be proud of! To say it’s easy is an understatement. The days can be long, you truly don’t have control over your own schedule at times, and you barely have time for anyone or anything outside of your own family. It’s not for everyone, but for those who love this field, it truly doesn’t even feel like work 90% of the time. 20 million in sales was my goal for all of 2026. Meeting that goal is teaching me so much- about my limits, my desires, about the reality of sacrifice and choices. My next goal is to learn how to acquire some better work life balance 😅. But I am ready for whatever the rest of the year holds for me!
