Good Evening Palm Ridge Residents,

There seems to be a lot of misinformation being posted on Facebook and social media about the use of the clubhouse. No one is prohibited from using the clubhouse or any other amenity in the community. If you choose to reserve the clubhouse for a private event or an event with food, there is a $100 fully refundable security deposit providing that the clubhouse is left in clean condition.

Please ignore the misinformation being circulated that residents are not permitted to use the clubhouse. It’s simply untrue and frankly, an attempt by some to discourage their fellow residents from enjoying the amenities.

We currently have a main waterline break. The plumber is working on repairing it right now. We anticipate that the water service will be restored shortly.

Dear Palm Ridge Residents,

Happy New Year and in the tradition of new beginnings, I am happy to announce that Hope Clark is your new manager. She will be splitting her days between Palm Ridge and Lake Shore.

I’m sure she would be very appreciative if you stopped in to say “hello”. She will be training and learning our systems over the next several days so we greatly appreciate your understanding as she gets acclimated.

We had to shut off the water to repair a leak within the park. We expect the water to be turned back on within an hour or so. Sorry for the inconvenience.
