Lake Panasoffkee is a beautiful 4500 acre Lake in Sumter County. It's a spring-fed lake that feeds into the Withlacoochee River. But it only averages 4 ft deep. With the deepest portions probably at 7 to 8 ft. Not really a lake for water skiing or jet skiing or anything like that it is strictly a fishing lake.

You can see from these pictures how clear the water is. Lots and lots of eelgrass. It's perfect fish habitat.

We also have an estimated 700 to 800 alligators!!!

We have now lived here for 10 months and absolutely love it. It's a fantastic place to get out and live and love life. Which is what I'm all about. So a perfect fit for our retirement years.

If anyone wants to join us in Paradise I can find you a really nice Lakefront home for less than $400,000.

Someone asked..."Why do I need a broker to sell my property?"

Well.....you don't. Anyone can sell a house without an agent. That's a fact. However very few can get it to the closing table that's where you need an agent. I do two very important things, manage the expectations of the buyer and the seller to keep the emotions out of the transaction, anticipate and solve problems before they arrive. I'm an expert problem solver and calming force.

I'm also willing to invest my time and money to help get your property sold. If I'm successful you pay me. If I'm not you don't. It's a win-win for you. And a risk for me.
