Someone asked..."Why do I need a broker to sell my property?"

Well.....you don't. Anyone can sell a house without an agent. That's a fact. However very few can get it to the closing table that's where you need an agent. I do two very important things, manage the expectations of the buyer and the seller to keep the emotions out of the transaction, anticipate and solve problems before they arrive. I'm an expert problem solver and calming force.

Just sold in Highland Lakes, a 55+ community in Leesburg Fl.

This is a lovely Community with homes ranging from low 200s to low 300s with most in the 250-275 range.
