RUNAWAY: The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) requests the public’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old from Sterling.
Yeimi was last seen on September 23, 2024, around 11:10 a.m. at her home in Sterling. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants with red stripes, and a black backpack.
If you have any information regarding his whereabouts you are asked to call Detective Rasooli of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office at 703-777-1021.

National Ice Cream Day! Favorite flavor? I always preferred chocolate ice cream, but I recently switched to French vanilla with chocolate sauce. Wegmans' French vanilla is a standard here.

Meet Arthur! This handsome horse is the sweetest guy, he loves to greet us with a soft nicker and has an absolute puppy-dog personality! Arthur is available for adoption and we think he would make an amazing companion horse or babysitter. He has such a calm, easy-going personality and is currently living out in a mixed herd and doing well.
Does your show horse need a calming presence? Perhaps your yearlings could use a well-behaved adult to teach them the ins and outs of being a horse? Maybe your program could use an extremely well behaved ground work horse?
Arthur is a 19 year old gelding and we’ve been told he is a thoroughbred/quarter horse cross. He has excellent ground manners, stands for grooming and is a gentleman about his feet as well. Interested in meeting him? Fill out an interest form and we will get in touch!

My philosophy for helping clients is to work as a team to set goals, timeline, budget and make a plan of attack. I only work with a handful of clients at a time to ensure I can react quickly to new homes coming on the market, or negotiating offers for sellers. While I have a great team that supports my business, you will not be handed off to an assistant or work with a different agent for every step of the process. I will remain involved and drive the transaction forward throughout the process.
At the end of the transaction, many clients have become friends. I am grateful that 100% of my business is from repeat clients and their referrals. It’s a personal process and the trust I receive in working with you and for you is not something I take for granted.
I live in the town of Leesburg with my family and enjoy hiking, visiting wineries and breweries across the region, exercise, and volunteering at the Loudoun County Animal Shelter and schools.
