Another home SOLD! 🔥 $300,000 OVER list price! The owners of this lot in Arlington were receiving offers from developers ranging from $900K - $1.1M. I listed the property for $1.2M; we received 4 offers, including one from a retail buyer who will be building their own home on that lot. Retail buyers can often pay more than developers as they do not have a profit margin consideration.

Extremely happy for my sellers who grew up in this, their childhood, home. Correct pricing, positioning and experience netted them almost $400K MORE than what they were being offered and told it was worth.
