Why do you need a warranty inspection? How about no insulation over the master suite. Imagine the energy cost you are paying for. This is why we go throughout your attic.

Jane D'Angelo and I are very proud of our son Eric D'Angelo being voted to being on the Board of Directors for the #1 Home Inspector Organization in Florida called FABI, the Florida Association of Building Inspectors. FABI members are THE leaders in the industry, and now Eric D'Angelo is one of the leaders of the Leaders. It is a big deal and he will serve the industry and organization well.

Does your inspector check to see if the grounding wire is properly secured to the grounding rod? We do!!!!

Is your inspector really walking your roof? This lead flashing looks great from a distance but looking inside the flashing is not folded over into the vent. This will allow rain water and pest to enter the attic.

Why should you get a warranty inspection on a new build??? Two supply ducts not attached to a distribution box. One was for a Bedroom and the other the Laundry Room. This is also why you should make sure your inspector goes through the entire attic. Give us a call (352)-250-7818

Hello all. I know it has been awhile since I've posted here...we are just so busy doing inspections that I do not find time to post enough. Anyway, this week we did an inspection for a great guy in The Villages, who asked if he could do a video of what we do. I said, "Sure"...but did not know what to expect. Anyway, Rusty was awesome! It takes over 10 years of Business success and thousands of home inspections to earn the level of Master Inspector with FABI. This is the pinnacle of FABI achievement. There are different Inspector Organizations we belong to...some easy and some more difficult. Only a very small portion of Florida Home Inspectors are even FABI members, let alone attain this level. Thank you. I am humbled and blessed. I should add that the more I learn the more I realize there is always more to learn, and I thankfully know many Inspectors who I learn from and whose knowledge surpasses my own.
